How do I order?

1. How do I place an order?
You can order your desired products online, over the phone or by sending an e-mail:
- Shop online in our webshop. Choose your desired products under the main category 'SHOP & PRICES', then go to the 'CART' to proceed and complete your purchase.
- Call our English-speaking customer service and place your order over the phone: +46-8-522 100 50
- Send us your order via e-mail to: [email protected]. Please include your delivery address, your phone number, your preferred payment option and what you would like to order.

3. How much is the shipping?
All Veloped- and Walker models, and all orders exceeding €200, include free shipping within the EU.
For orders less than €200, the shipping cost is indicated before you confirm your order.
4. How can I pay?
You can choose between the following payment options:
- Card payment – Visa/Mastercard
- PayPal
- Manual payment/Bank transfer
5. How is my Veloped/Walker shipped?
Your Veloped/Walker is shipped through the service of UPS.
The free shipping of your Veloped/Walker includes home delivery at your door. When the Veloped/Walker has been shipped you'll receive a shipping notice from UPS, so that you can track the shipment.
The shipment usually takes 3–4 work days, all depending on your delivery address.
6. What happens if I'm not satisfied with the Veloped or Walker?
Your purchase of a Veloped/Walker includes a 14-day return policy, provided that you live in a country within the European Union.
If you are not happy with the Veloped or Walker and want to return the rollator, please contact us within 14 days after it was shipped.
Trionic Sverige AB bears the cost of the return shipment of the Veloped/Walker, provided that it is returned in the same condition as it was delivered, and in its original packaging. The Veloped/Walker is collected from your home address by UPS.
For countries outside of the European Union, we cannot offer you any return option unless the delivered Veloped/Walker is defective or if you haven't received the correct model that you have ordered.
